Hotel

Please supply us with a copy of the passports of all tourists before travel and the room configurations that you require.

Each tour party will be required to lodge a 600 euro refundable deposit with us before their tour. This will be returned once all rooms have been checked upon check out from the hotel.

On entering your hotel room, please check for any damage or breakages you may find in the room and balcony and immediately report it to reception and either Guy or Adrian.

Please take photos of any damage or breakages. If this is not done and on check out the hotel staff find any damage, you will be charged.

No running up and down the hotel corridors.

No shouting in the corridors, please respect the other hotel guests.

No dive bombing in the swimming pool.

No water balloons thrown from bedroom windows.

Please clean up all rubbish from around the pool area and relaxation area every time you leave.

No right-hand drinking on tour as there will be a severe punishment.

Bus

Please remove all rubbish from the buses when disembarking. Put rubbish in the bin bags provided.

Any spillage must be cleaned up before leaving the bus or reported to the driver.

Other Advice

Do not take passports out with you unless essential or when travelling into Gibraltar for a match – loss of passports can be very costly and time-consuming.

Please bring club plaques, shirts, ties, etc. to swap with the opposition teams as they will have a memento for you.

Please bring sun cream and after sun.

We can supply you with a rugby ball if required.
