20% deposit on completed booking form. Final payment 2 months prior to travel.

If the full or balance payment of your tour is not received by the agreed date, which is ten weeks prior to your arrival, we will not be able to guarantee certain elements of your tour, including room allocation, location in the hotel, timings of fixtures and activities.

Due to our agreement with the hotels we use to secure the most competitive prices, we may have to increase the accommodation rates from our original quote by up to 20% as a surcharge for late payment.

You will also be required to lodge a 600 euros hotel breakages deposit by credit card prior to your tour. This will be refunded within 3 days of checking out of the hotel, provided the rooms are all in order.

We will require a list of all tourists with passport details and a hotel preferred rooming list. We will email you this document once your deposit is paid.

By sending this booking form to RTS, I state that this is a confirmed booking and that I have read, understand and accept the Booking Terms and Conditions. I understand that they govern the contract between RTS and my rugby club or school. *

I confirm that I accept responsibility to ensure all party members comply with specific destination and return entry requirements as stated in the booking terms and conditions. I will ensure all relevant parties receive a copy of any group travel insurance policy in place for this tour. *
